Draw a similar shape on the top, right side of the head for the cow's other horn. Step 5: Draw a small triangular shape on the top, left side of the head for the first horn. Inside the shape, draw two tiny circles for the nostrils. Step 4: Inside the head, below the eyes, draw a long, curved line for the cow's muzzle. Curve the line upward so that it almost meets the top to finish the shape of the cartoon cow's head.
